General Feature Requests

It would be great to send one email to multiple email groups. As an alumni association, I have different lists for specific communications. However, there are times when our communications are relevant to the entire alumni base. That said, being able to select multiple email groups to send the email to would be extremely time-consuming and helpful!

We would like to request the development of a new feature that would display the main navigation menu on all pages, including interior pages. This would improve efficiency by allowing users to easily navigate to other sections of the website without having to use the back arrow multiple times to return to the home screen. Benefits: Consistent main navigation menu across all pages will improve user experience, it will be more easy and faster for users to access the different sections of the website, without having to go back to the home screen first. This will increase the time user spend on the site, as users can move around more easily and find what they're looking for more quickly. This feature will also make it easier for users to access the different sections of the website from anywhere, which will lead to a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. We believe this feature would greatly improve the usability and overall user experience of our website. Please let us know if this feature is feasible to implement, and if any additional information is needed to move forward.

The goal of this project is to improve the user experience of the settings section on the admin dashboard for our product. We will be focusing on simplifying the layout and organization of the settings pages, as well as reducing the number of clicks required to access and modify settings.

Looking for a place to sync all event registrants across all events at once rather than on each event level.

Our goal is to simplify the navigation menu for our users by renaming a few menu items and rearranging them in a clear, easy-to-use, and industry-standard format. By doing this, we aim to improve the overall user experience and make it more intuitive for our users to find the information and tools they need.

Event payments are associated with Gifts on Raiser's Edge. It is required to associate a fund with a Gift when pushing data on Raiser's Edge. We will make it easy for the Events only customers to sync with Raiser's Edge easily.
