General Feature Requests

Admin should have the ability to override any event capacity or close date rules without needing to reopen or close registration. This would be helpful in cases where the event host determines they can support additional registrations, or if a VIP/trustee asks to attend even when the event is full. Having to adjust capacity numbers and then open registration (and risk having general public register at the same time) is a hassle and too risky.

We would like to list some other pieces of information in the "See who's coming list for events, such as, maiden name, class year, major, Greek affiliation. These fields also need to be searchable for our alumni to find their groups when deciding whether to register for an event.

The recent update that requires tickets to be associated with any and all sub-events created from here forward adds an unnecessary extra step to guests' registration process. We would love to have this change reversed back to how it existed previously, so that we can allow for some sub-events to require tickets and registration, while others remain optional.

Currently, when adding an accompanying guest, there is an illustration that does not represent the school's branding. We would like to have control over not just events, but any such illustrations/stock images across the Almabase platform going forward to ensure the platform looks professional and in line with school branding guidelines.

There are events created for testing purposes. Having them on the event list page causes a lot of clutter and confusion. Also, capturing these test engagement activities does not make sense. Can we have a way to delete/archive test events?

Miami Dade College has the following feature requests: Have the ability to change the verbiage of the register button on the event page. Have the ability to change the verbiage of tickets on the registration flow. Change how ticket values appear for example instead of $80000.00, it would look better like $80,000

Looking for a way to filter through hosts vs. guests and it would be helpful to filter at different constituent levels (Alumni, Student, etc.)
