Punahou follows a very specific process when committing gifts to RE. Today that is achievable only through Database view. So they need a way to sync RSVP and registration fees(ticket payment) to Raiser's Edge.

The Guest profile mapping screen defaults to display only 10 records at once. If you load more guest profiles to show more than 10, and then update one profile to 'no match', the entire screen updates and defaults back to only 10 records again. There should be an option to change the default display to more than 10 records. The 'Ignore' option should be available in Guest Profile mapping as well. Or at least the event the guest registered for, so they can be easily found in the Guest Dashboard for the event and marked as 'Ignore'. Some guests that are already mapped remain on the Guest Profile Mapping screen even after mapping them again. All mapped guests should be removed from the screen to make it easier to review new records.

We only process payments that contain a gift component through RE. There isn't a way to ignore syncing specific ticket-related payments.

A guest who paid for an event through a cheque is added to RE directly as a gift. In such a case, when the guest is added to Almabase, their payment shouldn't sync over to RE.

Currently, Almabase only syncs event dates and the name to RE. It would be helpful if the event venue (Location, City, State) were also synced to Raiser's Edge.

Some people coming to our events do not need a full record in our database. It would be nice to allow the opportunity to import them in unmapped. I could understand the fear of potential errors occurring if we did it in bulk, but if I could do it one-by-one for the 20 or so we would want to record in this way, that would be great.

I would like to have a subevent filter added to the guest dashboard screen.

We require users to enter a mailing address when registering for events. It would be helpful if this address could be used when syncing the registrations with Raiser's Edge, especially with the common names.
