Sometimes guests are added to an event but need to be deleted. Currently, the only option is to cancel someone's registration and then they show up under the Won't be attending option. We would rather be able to delete people who need to be deleted rather than have them listed as canceled.

We have guests who register multiple times with different addresses. There is no way to link multiple registrations to one record.

Please display ALL registration form data when viewing individual guest details from the Guests tab! This includes address as well as the additional, custom criteria field if enabled. Previously, we were able to view registration form entries for an event in the "Guests" tab. Now that feature is gone and only shows the registrant's name, email address, and phone number. Currently, the only way to view the address that they entered when registering for an event is to export the entire guest list (only shows up on the Registration Data export, not even the consolidated Registration & Guest Data export). This is really tedious and makes it difficult to get the most up-to-date information on RE constituent records--the review changes pop-ups in Almabase are not formatted like U.S. addresses so are unhelpful. It used to be much simpler to view individual guest details and then update their profile/RE record if necessary.

I need to be able to manually add a registrant from the backend, even if doing so will take the event over capacity. Currently, because the Admin registration page is the same as the normal view, if a subevent is sold out (at capacity) I do not have the ability to register someone for it even though I am the Admin

I want to be able to cancel a guest registration without cancelling their accompanying guests at the same time. You should be able to cancel people individually, no matter who they signed up with.

We offline register our staff members and students for all of our events; however, if the event has tickets with fees, the fees are being calculated. We need the ability to override the price of a ticket to make it free/complimentary.

We'd like to be able to block or at least have a pop up that warns of registrations for sub-events that are happening at the same time. This would prevent or bring awareness to folks inadvertently double-booking themselves.

When an admin manually registers a guest for an event, we would like to include a field for entering the guest's Constituent ID, which will bring up the correct profile to choose during registration. This feature would streamline the registration process by directly linking the guest to their unique profile within the system. This is crucial as multiple individuals may share the same name, leading to potential confusion. We would like the constituent ID field to be included in the pre-registration form as well, which should be kept optional for guests to fill. For guests, entering value into this field should not bring up the list of matching profiles to ensure user privacy.
