If guests only bought 4 tickets or 6 tickets, I still wanted them to have $5.00 off each ticket. The discount code for total cart value using percentage is not a good workaround in this case either. It would be more useful to have a discount per ticket, not just the final price.

We use BBMS and need to process refunds separately in a two-step, manual process. It would be great if when a registrant cancels/modifies, the registration list is updated and a refund is automatically processed. If purchases can be made this way, why can't refunds?
