We’d like to include at the bottom of the email acknowledgement any additional information (special designation, memorial/honor gifts) that the donor may have included so that they can be certain that their donation will be treated correctly.

Currently, the only merge tags available are these ( https://docs.almabase.com/en/articles/8442594-understanding-available-merge-tags-for-wordpress ). This list is currently lacking any merge tags related to the fundraising / giving component of Almabase. If upcoming/live campaigns need to be updated on the homepage, it is currently a manual effort taken by someone to update the homepage on the backend. We use the thank you email on giving pages to serve as the donor's tax receipt. The ability to receive a copy of what the donor receives would be very helpful for our internal record keeping and audit purposes. Right now, we have no way to prove to an auditor a donor received a tax receipt since we cannot produce was sent to the donor. Seeing the thank you email also enables us to monitor the language, merge fields and update as needed more promptly if a correction is needed. Having copies of the email a donor receives will also enable us to provide better customer service to our donors. Being able to forward a copy of a receipt to a donor when requested is more direct than re-sending through their profile and hoping they find it in their email.

On GivingTuesday we prefer to celebrate the generosity we receive instead of pushing for a goal. We often have memorial campaigns and other instances where we do not want to list a goal, but still need to see the overall amount raised to the competitive campaign. It would be great to have the option to see the impact of fundraising without listing a goal.

We recently have encountered multiple donors who have reached out unable to complete a gift due to the city selection limitations using Google Maps. We have learned that Google Maps does not include unincorporated cities in the system or allow users to manually enter their city if it's not listed. Since there isn’t a workaround that allows individuals to use the city name they typically associate with their address, then it would be helpful for Almabase to add a statement to the form — advising users to select their county in cases where their city is an unincorporated community. This will avoid us continuing to miss out on gifts from frustrated donors, who don't take the time to call and inquire about the issue.

I would be interested in updating the gift date while validating and syncing a batch of gifts in Almabase. We enter our batches based on a deposit date so it would be helpful to be able to do a mass gift date change. This is especially helpful when gifts are made at the end of one month but aren't deposited until the following month. Right now we need to update each gift manually in the RE NXT batch.

We have questions included in our pre and post-gift form that would be helpful to have merged into the gift notification email that is sent internally when gifts are submitted. It's currently a manual step to have to export this info from the giving page, reformat it, and send it to the same people who already receive the basic details in the notification. Thanks!

If 'exclude DCC from goal' toggle is enabled on a competitive fundraising page and a donor makes a $103 ($100 gift+$3transaction fee) gift then only $100 appears on the main campaign goal thermometer. However, on the campaign card within a campaign hub, the DCC is not excluded and entire $103 is reflected. This may result in confusion among the donors and general discrepancy in reporting.
