General Feature Requests

Allow donors to be able to make multiple gifts in one checkout. Then once the gift feeds into NXT batch they come over as true individual gifts. As of now if a donor gives 3 dollars to 3 separate funds, it feeds to NXT batch as one gift split among those 3 different funds. Which is problematic for most reporting in RE/NXT.

This will help different admins managing different types of giving campaigns in a more efficient manner, as compared to finding specific pages in an overall list. If we are able to use giving page tags to create a listing or directory of giving pages, different entities/departments will be able to share a separate listing page with their constituents allowing easy access to specific giving pages. Almabase allows to set up an events directory, but this could be helpful for giving pages as well.

It would be a great addition to add photos to the custom fund option like how you can add with regular funds. This Other fund option seems to get lost when donors are donating as the first text they see is "There are no results" when searching for a fund that does not exist, donors stop reading past this point. If they do not search, they will have to scroll down the list of funds to access this option which is tedious especially if there are a lot of funds already.

The symbol for recurring gifts under the Gift section of a Giving page, should also show on the Gift Dashboard. This would help to identify recurring gifts immediately. Thanks

We would like to be able to set a default email on our giving and event pages so we wouldn't have to enter that every time we make a page or event. But we would still like to be able to add a specific email in addition to the default one when necessary.

I would like to request the ability to scroll through each of the campaigns under a competitive fundraising page and make a shopping cart of sorts so I can check out once for all the campaigns I wish to donate to, not just scroll through the "Make a Gift Button" at the very top to do so. Currently if I wanted to read the campaigns and make a donation for each of them I would have to check out multiple times or remember what I want to give to and scroll through that make a gift button list.

Right now, the only way to give to multiple funds on the competitive giving page is to use the top "Make a Gift" button. It would be great if each campaign hub had an option to add to cart, to more easily allow donors to give to many funds with just one transaction.

We need to support recurring gifts with an end date. We only support recurring gifts with an end date with Blackbaud Merchant Services.

Currently, donors who give monthly are getting a thank you with every gift each month. And there is no way to customize the thank you each time. It would be great to restrict the number of emails for recurring donors or customize a new message to them each month.
