When setting up a giving page, allow the Almabase customer the option to toggle between a recurring gift default or a one time gift default. The donor can then be encouraged to make a recurring gift but can switch back to a one time gift as they desire.

When a fund catalog is set up with have many schools listed with different funds for each, a couple of things became evident: 1) The funds should ideally arrange themselves alphabetically 2) beyond 2-3 funds, the screen shows something like +1 or +10 but the ability to hover over that +n and see which funds are listed would be great and save time because currently you have to click into it and then scroll to see the other funds selected.

Under Gift Settings, it would be great to have the option to add default questions asked to donors on every giving page just how the option exists currently for Address Line 1 / Address Line 2 / City / Zip Code. Currently, these questions will need to ask using forms and added to each Giving Page and is cumbersome.

We recently have encountered multiple donors who have reached out unable to complete a gift due to the city selection limitations using Google Maps. We have learned that Google Maps does not include unincorporated cities in the system or allow users to manually enter their city if it's not listed. Since there isn’t a workaround that allows individuals to use the city name they typically associate with their address, then it would be helpful for Almabase to add a statement to the form — advising users to select their county in cases where their city is an unincorporated community. This will avoid us continuing to miss out on gifts from frustrated donors, who don't take the time to call and inquire about the issue.

Allow donors to write in their own fund name when using the Fund Catalog feature. Right now, this feature is only available when using the Fund List feature. I would like to use the Fund Catalog feature, but it's important donors also have the option to write in fund names if they can't find them in the catalog.

If a donor makes a gift on an event registration page, the campaign and appeal information can be automatically set on the back end. It would be helpful if the campaign and appeal code could be preset like this for different giving pages.

We have questions included in our pre and post-gift form that would be helpful to have merged into the gift notification email that is sent internally when gifts are submitted. It's currently a manual step to have to export this info from the giving page, reformat it, and send it to the same people who already receive the basic details in the notification. Thanks!

This influencer email is on by default in primary settings (Settings -> Site Settings -> Fundraising; “block influencer” toggled on). Donor receives an email while making their gift. It would be useful to be able to toggle this on/off from one effort to another, and incorporating it to the page set-up would insure that happens. Perhaps under "other settings" where the Thank You email is built.

Batch settings (ie. acknowledgement status, post status, and gift type) should be able to be setup as a default instead of having to be completed for each batch. Most companies use the same setting for the majority of their batch reports so a default would make the process a lot quicker.

Giving Day platform: A donor roll that contains everyone who has given in one place. It would be ideal to not only have under each campaign but to be able to have a section that contains all the donor names of those who have given.
