General Feature Requests

As of today, we can customise the template, but it will apply to all. It would be great to have a specific email for every form.

Currently, due to the character limit on forms, we cannot use this to add long waivers that guests need to sign-off on. The idea is to hyperlink it in the question and collect their responses.

Add the ability to edit a form including adding/removing questions after the form is live and already has responses!

Please give admins the ability to delete a form with submissions (often it has test submissions from internal staff) or at the very least, the ability to hide them from the form list.

Conditional form questions go a long ways to help forms feel simple for our alumni. This works great with dropdown or radio form questions, but it doesn't currently work with check box questions. This seems straight forward and would be really helpful with some of our surveys.

On giving pages, there is the option to get notifications when someone makes a gift. It would be great if that option was available for forms as well. We have a program where donors can name their seat, and I would love it if I could add my coworkers' emails so they could get the automatic emails with the information whenever someone filled out the form.

It would be great to be able to limit the characters of a form response to a specific number of characters.

This feature would help us in ensuring all form submissions meet the minimum word criteria for nomination forms. Occasionally, we receive submissions that fall short, despite having communicated the word limit. This feature may help us solve this problem.

Allow multi select fields on forms

Currently, a form section with no questions due to conditional responses with still display its title and description. It would be nice to either be able to hide the section if it ends up empty or to allow entire conditional sections based on responses.
