When someone posts a job or internship to the job board directory, their name is displayed; however, you then have to go to a separate directory page to contact them. It would be useful to have a feature that allows direct communication on-site or the ability to send an email to the person who posted the job, thereby facilitating a connection. Or it would at least be useful for it to link to that person's profile page.
